Amazing stuff.

Bars, even trendy restaurants should want them. I would for one I owned.

Unless it's part of the joke, you don't really need the apostrophe or the esses.

Actually it's the ESSEs that are unnecessary. Without the apostrophe here it changes meaning.

You orginal is fine though.
