When you get some PF time, do some woodwork. I know that's therapuetic(sp). I do a little myself, though not on the scale you do.

I'm running on 5 hours of sleep since Sunday.  No matter how I try my body and mind won't cooperate.  I have tried just laying still with my eyes closed.  I have tried various doses and overdoses of sleeping pills.  Nothing.

I have talked to a few clusterheads in the last day or so.  That was neat.  You have really picked up my spirits.  Love you guys!!!

I SLEPT!!!  I got about 5 hours of sleep last night.  DAMN I feel good.  Even the hit I had this morning couldn't put a dent in my attitude.  It's amazing what a little sleep can do for a body.

Once again, I can't thank you enough for the support and you can damn well believe I will be here for all of you.  My family.
