Uhh don, That is French made sea water. Unless the Boston Harbor has changed since last time I was snorting it your sea water ain't going to help.

But the good news is also at the guest book. Kelie of Tokyo is pushing Noni juice.

I used to swim in Tokyo bay. If you go sucking THAT seawater into your nostrils, it'll be a sure cure for clusters 'cause you'll probably end up on a slab. LOL

The person is talking about a product called "Hydrasense"... That's the name of the product here in Canada and it's made from Saint-Malo salted water in France. Usually this product is made to wash and clean the sinuses... There's so much pression in that nasal spray that it can maybe help with shadows and nasal congestion... I must admit that before being diagnosed in last march It was of the product that I trried over the years... I felt it helped me when I was having nasal congestion... FYI 8)

There's a slight difference between the two Mac... Hydrasense has different options for pression spray release... The price is also way higher... Hydrasense is at least 15 $ CDA/ bottle. Saline is made by Otrivin and its cheaper...

I use that stuff for my allergies. It's $4 a bottle here in the West, Phillipe. Really does help with allergies.

Sounds to me like the same as a Nettie Pot solution..used for the same symptoms.. but has never ever been mentioned for CH by anyone I know.. but really works great for stuffy sinuses..

I'm not knocking it. In fact I've used my sons saline when I have a shadow. Sometimes just spraying Otrivin or saline helps a bit if you get it in time. Sometimes just blowing my nose gives me a bit of relief and takes my mind of the shadow - like last night for instance ::)

Morton's works ok, I usually use "warm" tap water. Lately I've been using sea salt - it's a little better. Don't know how much it helps the CH, but does help the sinus pressure.
