Eat something that you used to like a lot but haven't eaten in a while, it will taste good again. You should be able to smell cigarette smoke again when it's in the air, so be careful about getting a whiff, it may tempt. Cravings are short, like Jeep said and in about two weeks, you will forget about smoking one because the cravings will have subsided greatly, as Charlie said. Sometimes something to snack on can be handy for the first two weeks, then the cravings diminish. Cool Jax..... 8) Kevin M |
