I think Jeep was tired of being attacked from all sides and having nasty things said to him. Kinda like what Elaine just went through. The negativity of this site is really something to behold. We're here to support one an other not tear each other apart. There's only one place that does more sniping - Iraq. See, I told you I'm not very eloquent. Jonny, that remark was directed at Jeepgun. He mentioned in one of his recent posts that he was getting negative pm's about what he said. I was refering to what they might have been saying to him(maybe he was feeling what Elaine was feeling). His remarks to Elaine were totally out of line. P.S. I never run away or quit. ;)

Ya know....I started reading this and plowed down to the reply botton before I was perhaps influenced by the responses.

I read and get some assemblance of what is going on but not enough to really land upon any position except to say that much of it seems less important compared to what this site really means.  And I know that most all of you know what I mean.

In many ways I feel ineligible to respond to what may be going on behind the sceens or being said in some way, that I, simply don't understand. I am definately without an understanding of those stubborn facts.

Frank...I have not been down this compassionate road for as many miles that others have, but I think that your journey, while short, has allowed what is in you to quickly and firmly understand what I think DJ had in mind when all this began. At least that is what I've witnessed.

I do know that it's hard to somehting you not. So get back in the game and lead!

I still don't get this. I never understood why Frank split the first time. Minor stuff compared to what has gone on before. Elaine isn't made of flour paste. I never saw much of a battle either unless it was in email.

All I will say is that there were a few people who seem to specialize in sending hateful PM's and haven't the backbone to actually speak their mind in public, nor enough character to issue an apology.
