Yesterday afternoon.....

the rain was falling, the dog was sleeping, the cats were sleeping, the kid at home ws curled up on the couch sleeping....so was I.

yes, I danced with chance and took a nap. I'm not really sure even how long. It was perfect. No pain,no nightmares.........only sleeping. Actual sleeping. peaceful & calm.

Wishing all of you some good and PF sleep........at night, of course.

That luxury of sleep is very welcome when you can get it. I've learned to appreciate it too. Sometimes it can get to be a real long time before we see it again.
