I am tired of putting my life on hold for these damn headaches....For years, I have wanted to get out of Psych. nursing so I went into Psych/Geriatric Nursing in a skilled care center...But, that is not what I wanted to do....Today I was hired by a hospital near my house to work on a Med Surg Unit...I will work there one day a week until I decide if this is what I want to do...IF I like it, I will quit the State, and go to work there fulltime...I am tired of not doing what I have always wanted to do because of chs...because I might get hit at work and people may not understand...I AM GOING TO GO FOR THIS! (I have plenty of imitrex thanks to my family LOL..) Please wish me luck and say a prayer for this chronic...It is time for me to start living again..BTW, how many other people here are not doing what they want to do because of chs?????..smiles,nancyc :D Ps also, say a prayer for my son, Stephen who is on his way with the National Guard to Florida ...

You have been on my prayer list for a long time now, but I have something to add to it now. ;;D

Tell Stephen we will pray for him as well, and thank you for being there for us.
