Well folks I dunno who to be mad at, Citibank or the USPS.......

Three times in the past 18 months, I have not received my Citibank credit card statement. I pay the balance every month, thus not causing profits for Citibank. It seems rather strange that every time I have a big ticket item on the card, the statement never appears. When it doesn't appear, it doesn't get paid, and the next month's bill reflects interest and late charges. >:( Calling them does no good, they of course swear a statement was mailed out.

Cancel you say? Good idea......except for the $1000.00 rebate I've built up, good on my next automobile purchase.

Anybody work in the mail room at Citibank? I'd like my statement every month please!

Fact is they do not like people who pay off their cards at the end of each month.

Had a gold card 15 years ago and they took it from me because i always paid it off at the end of the month.

Citi bank they suck.

Bill, you should be able to get a copy of your statement online. And if you pay by check, you should be able to make a payment online too. Maybe they are screwing with you, but everytime you're late with a payment, in addition to accruing late charges and interest, a mark goes on your credit report saying you didn't pay according to terms. You may want to consider how important the rebate really is, in relation to the damage on your credit report. If it was me, I'd drop them like a hot potato, and never do business with them or their affiliates again. But that's just me.

I pay my credit card online and can see what's on there rite away but.......takes a while for stuff to show up as if they did it purposely so you CAN'T pay it off or keep it paid up and interest apply's. FFFF em......(my new word for the day...... and am havein a lousey one at that)! It's not profanity if Cartman says it Pam

I have a Citi Card, too. I'd do what they're saying here and go with the online statement. I also pay it off every month. However, I've never had them not send a statement.

I did, however, have Aetna not send a bill once...and instead they decided to cancel my insurance.

Bitter? Oh..a tad.

You can get your statements online.. and pay them online too.

Talk to your state's Attorney General.

I bet they will be more than happy to
clear this up if that office contacts them.

Once straightened out, dump the a-holes!
