Title: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by Carl_D on Aug 31st, 2004, 7:15pm I always wondered if I had a double and if so, was he having a better life than mine? I found it odd to find another guy named Carl Daniels who lives about 10 minutes away from me in St. Louis. But besides the name, the similarities are weird like, I am 34 - he just turned 34. His nickname is "the squirrel" and I'm nuts! LOL. Check it out, he is listed as 11th in his boxing class. http://www.boxrec.com/boxer_display.php?boxer_id=01452 I wonder if he has clusters? So far, I can't find a pic of the guy. Trippy huh? Peace, Carl D |

A few weeks ago I was visiting a few of my clusterbuddies and two of us were at a bar and the bartender says "You look just like ______ " forgot the guys name. Must be a bunch of big tall ugly f*ckers out there. ;;D |

Title: Re: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by Carl_D on Aug 31st, 2004, 8:15pm I was often told that with my goatee I looked like a mini Tank Abbott (Ultimate Fighting Champ fighter.) Neighborhood kids ask if I am a wrestler too, LOL. You guys wouldn't recognize me from the Nashville pics, as I freaked out my family by shaving off the whole goatee, letting my hair grow back in, now wear glasses, and dropped 19 pounds. My sis in law said I look like a totally different person than my pics from Nashville. Peace, Carl D |

Title: Re: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by Tiannia on Sep 1st, 2004, 2:30am When I smoked in college and dropped about 100 lbs (not kidding) I chopped my Hair and people tod me that I looked like Sharon Stone. But now I thin that is l wron as you all have seen my pic in the talent thread. I am just a mom, nothing special. -Tia Edit : right now my hair is back to natural blode and about 2 inches from my waist. So eve that pic is not good. hehe told my husbad I was getting bored with my hair and he told me that if I cut it, color it, or perm it that that is grounds for a divorce. Dont think that would hold up when in court, but I guess I can leave it in a pony tail |

Title: Re: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by Jeepgun on Sep 1st, 2004, 8:32am I looked up my name on the Internet once, and came across another Frank Weeden who had committed suicide in college, and I read several eulogies that his friends had written about him. I broke out with goosebumps... I get told all the time, that I remind people of someone else. Someone they went to school with, etc. Weird... |

Title: Re: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by synergy on Sep 1st, 2004, 8:37am [smiley=laugh.gif]Ive met my double! We went to school and college together and everybody thought we were twins. We are the same age - same weight - same personality - same face (with only a different nose)! She has been my best mate for years and is also my daughters godmother. We used to wind people up at college about us being twins - everyone belived us until my 18th birthday as most of them twigged that it wasnt her birthday as well! [smiley=laugh.gif] |

Title: Re: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by ExplodingEyeBall on Sep 1st, 2004, 8:40am With a name like Patrick Moore, it don't take long to find another fat Irish guy with the same name. As far as look alikes, The only one I remember was back in High Shool in the mid 70s. I looked like the skinny greaseball dude from 'The Warriors' that shot Sirus. Remember that one? WAARRIORS...... COME OUT TO PLAAYAAYYY!!! |

Funny you should mention "The Warriors." I just watched it for the first time in years the other day. That punk dude went on to do alot of films including (I think) "48 Hours" and "Beverly Hills Cop." He also played 'Sam the Sleazeball' in "Adventures of Ford Fairlane." Carl who watches too many movies when insomnia stalks him. |

Title: Re: Have you ever felt like you had a double??? Post by miCHel on Sep 2nd, 2004, 12:35pm That's weird... I watched "The Warriors" last week too. Love Joe Walsh's "In the city" during the credits at the end. The actor's name is David Patrick Kelly. He also played in Twin Peaks, Wild at Heart, Commando (with Awnold) and a bunch of other stuff. He is currently filming "The Longest Yards". And if it's anything like the original, my guess is he will be playing the weasel who kills the assistant-coach. With a filmography like that, it's hard to imagine he could be a nice guy... miCHel |
