Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Jimmy_B on Aug 25th, 2004, 6:02am Elton John-Butterfly (Someone Saved My Life, Tonight) I never realised the passing hours of evening showers. A slip noose hanging in my darkest dreams. I’m strangled by your haunted social scene. Just a pawn out-played by a dominating queen. It’s four o’clock in the morning. Damn it listen to me good. I’m sleeping with myself tonight. Saved in time, thank God my music’s still alive. And I would have walked head on into the deep end of the river. Clinging to your stocks and bonds. Paying your h.p. demands forever. They’re coming in the morning with a truck to take me home. Someone saved my life tonight, someone saved my life tonight. Someone saved my life tonight, someone saved my life tonight. Someone saved my life tonight. So save your strength and run the field you play alone. Jimmy |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Carl_D on Aug 25th, 2004, 7:09am "You know who" has me wide awake at 5:56am after maybe an hour that seemed like a minute.... WTF??? Is there something in the air tonight? Seems my spirit took a nosedive about 2am...(long story...) Prolly show my age here a bit on this one, as I cross a couple of genres of music. 1. Hurt - Nine Inch Nails 2. The Great Gig In The Sky - Pink Floyd 3. Fade To Black - Metallica 4. If It Be Your Will - Leonard Cohen 5. The Sounds of Silence - Simon & Garfunkel 6. Mama Liked The Roses - Elvis Presley (I have not been able to listen to this song since my mom was buried in 1993 - probably the saddest song there is in my world) 7. Coma Black - Marilyn Manson 8. Shades of Gray - The Monkees (shut up Jonny ;;D ) and a song that was lingering in my head when I was trying to sleep (and ironically got out of bed to read this and got a weird feeling...) Really feeling like an old folkie/folgie on this one... Ode To Billy Joe (B. Gentry,1967) It was the third of June, another sleepy, dusty Delta day I was out choppin' cotton and my brother was balin' hay And at dinner time we stopped and we walked back to the house to eat And mama hollered at the back door "y'all remember to wipe your feet" And then she said she got some news this mornin' from Choctaw Ridge Today Billy Joe MacAllister jumped off the Tallahatchie Bridge Papa said to mama as he passed around the blackeyed peas "Well, Billy Joe never had a lick of sense, pass the biscuits, please" "There's five more acres in the lower forty I've got to plow" Mama said it was shame about Billy Joe, anyhow Seems like nothin' ever comes to no good up on Choctaw Ridge And now Billy Joe MacAllister jumped off the Tallahatchie Bridge And brother said he recollected when he and Tom and Billy Joe Put a frog down my back at the Carroll County picture show And wasn't I talkin' to him after church last Sunday night? "I'll have another piece of apple pie, you know it just don't seem right" "I saw him at the sawmill yesterday on Choctaw Ridge" "And now you tell me Billy Joe's jumped off the Tallahatchie Bridge" Mama said to me "Child, what's happened to your appetite?" "I've been cookin' all morning and you haven't touched a single bite" "That nice young preacher, Brother Taylor, dropped by today" "Said he'd be pleased to have dinner on Sunday, oh, by the way" "He said he saw a girl that looked a lot like you up on Choctaw Ridge" "And she and Billy Joe was throwing somethin' off the Tallahatchie Bridge" A year has come 'n' gone since we heard the news 'bout Billy Joe Brother married Becky Thompson, they bought a store in Tupelo There was a virus going 'round, papa caught it and he died last Spring And now mama doesn't seem to wanna do much of anything And me, I spend a lot of time pickin' flowers up on Choctaw Ridge And drop them into the muddy water off the Tallahatchie Bridge Odd - I don't know why in blue blazes fuck THAT song came to mind at 2am. I guess you could say right now I got something else on my heart and mind. Can't eat, can't sleep (obviously the brain won't shut off and when it does the beast sets off all sirens.) I don't get this feeling very often but when I do - I don't like it. I don't like the jitters like I just had six pots of coffee intravenously and I don't like the lump in my throat I can't swallow...Telling myself I'm going back to bed when I'm super-wide awake...rrrrrriiiiiiiiite!!! They say remain silent and be thought a fool rather than speak and leave no doubt - but I am one who hates to leave anything to chance. ;;D I'm shuttin' the fuck up and going to my happy place - Whogivesafuckville! Carl P.S. - I'll go download some Bay City Rollers and Brady Bunch tunes, 'get happy' and be all better. ::) P.S.S. - Sleep Deprivation SUCKS SALTED SNAILJUICE!!! |

Post by FZfan on Aug 25th, 2004, 8:00am Well, I've been told to avoid sad songs, but here are my sad favorites Down to Seeds and Stems Again Blues by Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen Your Latest Trick by Dire Straits Imagine by John Lennon - probably not normally thought of as a sad song, but Neil Young's version of it during a 911 tribute was sad indeed. Happy Birthday I turn 50 in January ;;D |

This is seriously fuckin with me and the lack of sleep ain't helping any... I'll explain the 'long story' albeit try to be brief... One thing egging me the past 2 days is - today is the 19th anniversary of my best friend in youth, Calvin Lewis's passing. I haven't been to his grave in years, and it was bugging me for a long while last night while sleep gang-mocked my attempts to reach Z's. We had a circle of friends that would go to his grave on this day every year. The two songs we used to crank all the time were "Holiday" By The Scorpions (his favorite band) and "Goodbye to Romance" from Ozzy - my childhood fave featuring the prodigy guitar styling of my hero Randy Rhoads. I had an mp3 disc playing when I got into the shower a bit ago, and guess what song was playing when I re-read this thread???????? DID I SLIP INTO THE FUCKING TWILIGHT ZONE OR WHAT??? Carl - who is afraid to leave the apartment in case this is a bad omen.... Maybe I finally fell asleep and am dreaming this? NOT KIDDING!!! |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Melissa on Aug 25th, 2004, 9:48am This one always makes me cry every time I hear it.... The Good Stuff by Kenny Chesney Well me and my lady had our first big fight So I drove around till I saw the neon lights at a corner bar It just seemed right, so I pulled up Not a soul around but the old bar keep down at the end lookin' half asleep He walked up and said "What'll it be?" I said,''The good stuff" He didn't reach around for the whiskey He didn't pour me a beer His blue eyes kind of went misty He said, "You can't find that here." Cause its the first long kiss on a second date your momma's all worried when you get home late Droppin the ring in the spaghetti plate cause your hands are shakin so much It's the way that she looks with the rice in her hair Eatin' burnt suppers the whole first year and askin for seconds to keep her from tearin' up Yeah man, that's the good stuff He grabbed a carton of milk and he poured a glass then I smiled and said, "I'll have some of that." We sat there and talked as an hour passed like old friends Saw a black and white picture and it caught my stare It was a pretty girl with bouffant hair He said, "That's my Bonnie, taken 'bout a year after we wed." He said, "Spent 5 years in the bottle, when the cancer took her from me, But Ive been sober 3 years now 'Cause the one thing stronger than the whiskey Was the sight of her holdin' my baby girl The way she adored that string of pearls I gave her the day that our youngest boy Earl, married his high school love and it's a new t-shirt saying "I'm a grandpa" and being right there as our time got small, And holdin her hand when the good Lord called her up Yeah man, That's the good stuff He said, ''When you get home she'll start to cry, When she says, ''Im sorry,'' say ''So am I'' Then look into those eyes so deep in love and drink it up 'Cause thats the good stuff That's the good stuff |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Melissa on Aug 25th, 2004, 9:59am Echo, that's pretty cool... :) Here is one more song for me.... Wind Beneath My Wings by Bette Midler It must have been cold there in my shadow, to never have sunlight on your face. You were content to let me shine, that's your way. You always walked a step behind. So I was the one with all the glory, while you were the one with all the strain. A beautiful face without a name for so long. A beautiful smile to hide the pain. Did you ever know that you're my hero, and everything I would like to be? I can fly higher than an eagle, for you are the Wind Beneath My Wings. It might have appeared to go unnoticed, but I've got it all here in my heart. I want you to know I know the truth, of course I know it. I would be nothing without you. Did you ever know that you're my hero? You're everything I wish I could be. I could fly higher than an eagle, for you are the Wind Beneath My Wings. Did I ever tell you you're my hero? You're everything, everything I wish I could be. Oh, and I, I could fly higher than an eagle, for you are the Wind Beneath My Wings, 'cause you are the Wind Beneath My Wings. |

Post by Samantha_Smith on Aug 25th, 2004, 12:07pm I have to stay away from all of the Red Hot Chili Pepper's songs---ohhhh, the memories are too much "Dear Father" by Neil Diamond off of the Jonathon Livingston Seagull sound track "Rock Superstar" by Cypress Hill--I heard that for the first time while driving on a Rhode Island highway and had to pull over cause I was crying so hard. It was as if someone else had written my life story and made it into a song. The Soundtrack to the movie "Belly"--the movie itself makes me cry--especially the end. "I'll Be Missing You" by Puff Dadddy or whatever the hell his name is now (Yes, I know its a Police remake) "Love" by Skinny Puppy "No Woman, No Cry" by Bob Marley "Golden Slumber" by The Beatles (is that the name of the song? off of Abbey Road?) Geez...I could go on and on because I was a DJ for 4 years while in college. |

Now they are getting divorced. Can't listen to it now without getting all choked up. This one just kills me: I'll Be True to You - Oak Ridge Boys They met upon a blue moon, And they parted on a cloudy day They were so in love and out of school, But he was goin' so far, far away. She said: "I'll be true to you, "Even though you don't want me to. "And I'll be blue for you, "Even though you've asked me not to." Well the year's drifted by them, as we all know they can. He found other women, but she refused other men. But as fate would have it, they met again, She was on a down-hill slide, and he was just slidin' in. As he looked into her eyes that night, he didn't realize. The only real love in his life was passin' by. When he turned and left her there, his words: "Goodbye". He heard her calling out to him, and as he walked, she cried: "I've been true to you. "Seems like speakin' to me is the least that you could do. "And I've been blue for you, "Even though you've asked me not to." She'd been drinkin way too hard one night, She'd been drinkin way too long. Alone and pale in a cheap hotel, she died there in the dawn. Kneelin' by the grave, oh so late and oh so wrong, He longed to hold her close again, cryin' on and on. He cried: "I''ll be true to you. "After all that I have put you through. "And I'll be blue for you, "Though you never even asked me to." Gator Bawling again |

This one stands out to me on this, yet another sleepless night. Taken from the Nine Inch Nails album, The Fragile. The Great Below Staring at the sea Will she come? Is there hope for me After all is said and done Anything at any price All of this for you All the spoils of a wasted life All of this for you All the world has closed her eyes Tired faith all worn and thin For all we could have done And all that could have been Ocean pulls me close And whispers in my ear The destiny I’ve chose All becoming clear The currents have their say The time is drawing near Washes me away Makes me disappear I descend from grace In arms of underflow I will take my place In the great below I can still feel you Even so far away |

The Cure, Sisters of Mercy, DM's "Black Celebration"... wow, all big favorites of mine. A few others that do it for me: "This Woman's Work" & "Never Be Mine" - Kate Bush "Verdi Cries" - 10,000 Maniacs "Should I Feel that It's Over" - Alison Moyet "Pictures of You" & "Disintegration" - The Cure "Standing Outside a Broken Phone Booth with Money in My Hand" - Primitive Radio Gods and one I'll quote Lyrics to, but the song has to be heard to be believed: "This House" by Alison Moyet Whose sticky hands are these And what is this empty place? I could be happily lost, but for your face Here stands an empty house It used to be full of life Now it's home for no one and his wife It's a hovel and Who can take your place? I can't face another day And who will shelter me? It's cold in here Cover me Under these fingertips A strange body rolls and dips I close my eyes And you're here again Later as day descends I'll shout from my window to anyone listening "I'm losing!" Who can take your place? I can't face another day And who will shelter me? It's cold in here Cover me Oh the pain of hateful questioning Tap dancing every syllable from ear to ear I hear the din of lovers jousting When I'm hiding with my head to the wall So... Who will shelter me? It's cold in here.... Absolutely heartbreaking instrumentation, and Alison's voice must be heard to be believed. Joe |

How about Kirsten Hirsch and her song from the "Foxfire" Soundtrack, "Me & My Charms (Strings Version)" Absolutely breathtaking... Her voice is so..... "Hold On" and "Good Enough" are both wonderful, and even better with the associated videos. I'm sure my list will grow here, since there are so many great ones out there. Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by stuey on Aug 26th, 2004, 1:25pm I love Morning has broken by Cat Stevens although this is probably considered more a song of hope. As for the sad stuff my favorite singer took her life in 1995 right before she was to go on to perform at the Apollo. Her name is Phyllis Hyman. A very lonely lady with a deep rich smoky voice, and my life someone has paralleled hers and her music has gotten through a lot. My saddest song of hers, yet one of the most beautiful is entitled "Someone to Love", some day I'll finally find the man I'm dreaming of. Well, she never did find the love she sought. Her audience loved her and she always packed the house but close relationships were always a problem, and I understand that cause that's how it's always been for me. I just don't wanna go out like she did, just hoping something betters around the bend. |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Jeepgun on Aug 27th, 2004, 9:19am I grew up in a violently abusive household. Every time I got beat, I would reason that I must have deserved it, because to small children, their parents are Gods and infallible. So I would always go and apologize and tell them that I loved them. I would feel sorry that I couldn't make my nose stop bleeding, and that I couldn't get rid of a black eye or a split lip. I knew it would upset them to see it... Most of my childhood nights were spent sobbing myself to sleep, praying and praying and praying to God to change me, change them, change the situation, and then finally, praying not to awaken, praying for death, and then trying to kill myself on three different occasions. At age 16, I enlisted in the Army on the delayed entry program, and I studied hard so I could graduate mid-semester of my senior year. I graduated 23 January, 1987 and left for active duty on the 25th of January, 1987. What I wanted most, was to die in combat. |

We could probably start a whole nuther board for this just from the peeps already here. Mom could really pick 'em. My youngest recollection was being about 4 or so and getting up one Saturday morning to watch cartoons. Must have had the tv up too loud. The old man came out and kicked me accross the room. I hit the wall so hard the house shuddered. Then her second husband was the kind that when he was going to spank you with a belt, you prayed he grabbed the buckle end 'cause if he didn't he would hit you with it. I got beat with clothes hangers, garden hoses, belts, whatever was handy. If nothing was handy, a hard backhand or swift kick with a size 9 1/2 combat boot would suffice. The last a$s whooping I almost got was when I was 16. I had done something stupid and deserved to be punished. Ba$tard came at me with an aluminum baseball bat. As he raised it over his head, I very quietly told him, "If you hit me,you'd better kill me. If you don't, I will kill you." He looked in my eyes and saw I meant it. I did, too. I ended up cleaning 20 acres worth of fence line and ditch bank, but I was never hit again. I have absolutely no patience for people who blame all their failures and troubles on their abusive upbringing. Just to get back on track: Luka - Suzanne Vega Tourniquet - Evanescence Everybody Hurts - REM in Oklahoma we call it the child abuse song, 'cause it was used in an series of anti-child abuse ads. All I wanted was to get out of the house. Even had to turn down a partical scholarship from Pepperdine cause my folks would not help. So I ended up in Reno. They have not been a part of my families life in almost 4 years now. (My mom and dad started in on me in front of Shaun about how they were amazed that I had found someone who would marry me cause I wasn't worth anything.) I thought Shaun was going to deck my dad. We left their house and that was it. Thankfully, the director, when I was counseling, helped me to take them off the pedistal I had them on and realize that they were wrong. I put Shaun through hell when we where dating. I KNEW that he would hurt me to so I wanted to make himleave, but he never did. He is a god send. I think that s why there are still times that I just need to sit and cry for no reason. Cause there is still so much hurt inside me that I need to get out. Would I change it. Now when she was straight...you couldn't find a nicer parent. But when she was drunk...you couldn't find one more evil. I don't want to go into too many details...but let's just say that when I saw the "Mommie Dearest" movie, I related with everything she was going through. I still to this day...will not touch a drop of alcohol. I loathe it. >:( It destroyed my family. They say alcoholism skips a generation...& I can see why. |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by PittsburghJoe on Aug 27th, 2004, 8:33pm Good lord everyone, I just wanna hug you all for a while... and turn you on to one more song. It's beautiful and sad, but it says SO much... It's "Good Enough" by Sarah McLachlan (and I highly recommend the video too). Hey your glass is empty It's a hell of a long way home Why don't you let me take you It's no good to go alone I never would have opened up But you seemed so real to me After all the bullshit I've heard It's refreshing not to see I don't have to pretend She doesn't expect it from me So don't tell me I haven't been good to you Don't tell me I haven't been there for you Just tell me why nothing is good enough. Hey little girl would you like some candy Your momma said that it's okay The door is open come on outside No I can't come out today It's not the wind that cracked your shoulder And threw you to the ground Who's there that makes you so afraid You're shaken to the bone? I don't understand You deserve so much more than this So don't tell me why he's never been good to you Don't tell me why he's never been there for you Don't you know that why is simply not good enough Oh, so just let me try and I will be good to you Just let me try and I will be there for you I'll show you why you're so much more than good enough My sentiments exactly... Title: Butterfly Kisses Post by catlind on Aug 28th, 2004, 8:48am Scars and hurts that run way too deep. Too many of us have them. I play this song for my daughter - I hope I've done right by her. Tianna this was the first song that came to my mind when I read the thread title. I'm not sure who the tears are from when I play this song on the piano - for the Daddy's little girl I was and the Daddy I lost, or for the mother of the little girl who is so beautiful in her soul it scares me to think she could ever be hurt. There's two things I know for sure. She was sent here from heaven, and she's daddy's little girl. As I drop to my knees by her bed at night, she talks to Jesus, and I close my eyes. And I thank God for all of the joy in my life, But most of all, for... Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer. Stickin' little white flowers all up in her hair. "Walk beside the pony daddy, it's my first ride." "I know the cake looks funny, daddy, but I sure tried." Oh, with all that I've done wrong, I must have done something right To deserve a hug every morning, And butterfly kisses at night. Sweet sixteen today, She's looking like her momma a little more everyday. One part woman, the other part girl. To perfume and makeup, from ribbons and curls. Trying her wings out in a great big world. But I remember... Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer. Stickin' little white flowers all up in her hair. "You know how much I love you daddy, But if you don't mind, I'm only going to kiss you on the cheek this time." With all that I've done wrong I must have done something right. To deserve her love every morning, And butterfly kisses at night. All the precious time Like the wind, the years go by Precious butterfly Spread your wings and fly She'll change her name today. She'll make a promise, and I'll give her away. Standing in the bride room just staring at her, she asked me what I'm thinking, and I said "I'm not sure, I just feel like I'm losing my baby girl." Then she leaned over....and gave me.... Butterfly kisses, with her mama there Sticking little flowers all up in her hair "Walk me down the aisle, daddy, it's just about time" "Does my wedding gown look pretty, daddy?" "Daddy, don't cry." With all that I've done wrong, I must have done something right To deserve her love every morning, And butterfly kisses I couldn't ask God for more, man, this is what love is I know I've gotta let her go, but I'll always remember Every hug in the morning, and butterfly kisses... |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Jeepgun on Aug 28th, 2004, 10:41am Fabulous choices, Blue Sunshine!! I love The Cure's "Pornography" album. I used to have the opening bars of "Cold," on my answering machine. I just figured out the chords on piano, last week. Dm, C, Bb. In the right hand, the melody starts on E. "Silent Lucidity" by Queensryche (Used to play this on guitar all the time...) "In Your Darkest Hour," by Then Jericho (somewhat obscure band...) "One" by U2 "Don't Let It End," by Styx "Broken Wings," by Mister Mister "Woman In Chains," "Pale Shelter," "Mad World," "Pharoahs," "My Life In The Suicide Ranks," "When In Love With A Blind Man," "Me & My Big Ideas," all by Tears For Fears, from various albums. Nearly every song off of the "Disintegration" album by The Cure. "I Love You," by Ozaki Yutaka (Japanese) "Nani mo Ienai no Natsu," by J-Walk (Japanese) "A Sort Of Homecoming," by U2 |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by john_d on Aug 30th, 2004, 7:43pm Hoper you don't mind that I dug up this thread. I see the 'happy' and 'in the mood' song threads; but right now, sad does it for me. Sunday Morning Coming Down Johnny Cash Well, I woke up Sunday morning With no way to hold my head that didn't hurt. And the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad, So I had one more for dessert. Then I fumbled in my closet through my clothes And found my cleanest dirty shirt. Then I washed my face and combed my hair And stumbled down the stairs to meet the day. I'd smoked my mind the night before With cigarettes and songs I'd been picking. But I lit my first and watched a small kid Playing with a can that he was kicking. Then I walked across the street And caught the Sunday smell of someone frying chicken. And Lord, it took me back to something that I'd lost Somewhere, somehow along the way. On a Sunday morning sidewalk, I'm wishing, Lord, that I was stoned. 'Cause there's something in a Sunday That makes a body feel alone. And there's nothing short a' dying That's half as lonesome as the sound Of the sleeping city sidewalk And Sunday morning coming down. In the park I saw a daddy With a laughing little girl that he was swinging. And I stopped beside a Sunday school And listened to the songs they were singing. Then I headed down the street, And somewhere far away a lonely bell was ringing, And it echoed through the canyon Like the disappearing dreams of yesterday. |

As a society we monitor and create rules and license those activities that we deem as potentially hazardous. We want to make sure those that engage in those activites are responsible and have some amount of training. ie Driving a car. Sensible enough. But perhaps the most important thing of all, raising a child, goes unchecked. I don't think that you should have to be licensed to have a child, but I do think that everyone should have mandatory parenting classes. Parenting, as it is now, is a learned behavior. You learn from the examples around you. Look back as a parent to see if you act the same way your parents have. I know that I have said many times that I would not be like my parents, but the I see myself doing the exact same thing. That is because that is the only reference that we have. Our parents are the only source of what a parent should do. Good or bad it is a learned behavior. Can good be changed to bad and can bad be changed to good? Sure! But there has to be another source on which to draw from. I heard this quote once "Saying that I will not be like my parents, is like saying that for the next 30 seconds I will no think of the word ELEPHANT". Which is possible, but extremly hard to do. I wish that there was a mandatory parenting class taught in schools, just to give people some other source of what to due and when to do it. |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Jeepgun on Aug 31st, 2004, 7:14am I am nothing like my father. I am not violent, I don't say awful things to my daughter, I don't punch her, beat her with the belt, or slap her around. I never had an example of what a good father was, but I remember how hurt I was as a child, and I remember the things that would have made such a difference. Things like, "I love you, son," or, "I'm proud of you, son," or, "Nice job." So I say those things to my daughter every day. I give her lots of hugs and kisses. If/when she sometimes needs a stern reminder, she gets a single swat on the butt. No more than that. Beneath it all, she knows that she is loved profoundly. I never had any such assurance, and spent most of my childhood in fear for my life. |

Title: Re: What are the saddest songs? Post by Tiannia on Aug 31st, 2004, 10:58am Here is one other song that I had to mention. It is in my will and my husband knows that this is what will be played when I pass. My body will already have been cremated and ashes scattered... But I will be there in spirit. (Lead vocal - Colin Bluntstone) As far as my eyes can see There are Shadows approaching me And to those I left behind I wanted you to Know You've always shared my deepest thoughts You follow where I go And oh when I'm old and wise Bitter words mean little to me Autumn Winds will blow right through me And someday in the mist of time When they asked me if I knew you I'd smile and say you were a friend of mine And the sadness would be Lifted from my eyes Oh when I'm old and wise As far as my Eyes can see There are shadows surrounding me And to those I leave behind I want you all to know You've always Shared my darkest hours I'll miss you when I go And oh, when I'm old and wise Heavy words that tossed and blew me Like Autumn winds that will blow right through me And someday in the mist of time When they ask you if you knew me Remember that You were a frined of mine As the final curtain falls before my eyes Oh when I'm Old and wise As far as my eyes can see Alan Parsons Project |

Already depressed but sheesh......I feel so bad for you all that had a bad childhood and had to suffer all them years with mental and physical abuse !!! I...had the perfect childhood even tho it was just me......no other kids around much ever.....but I did alot with my parents. Even with a good upbringing you can have depression bouts and scarey mood swings......sometimes I think it would be better to know WHY and not just be that way and have no clue the reason. Anyhow......I only had one child......I lack alot of patience and my daughter was a hard child to raise. So.....we did ok with her and didn't try again. I know my limits......it was some rough times with her........couldn't do it again. Has anyone every listen'd to the song FADE by the band STAIND........I highly recommend it. Sad but true song about what you see as you grow older. Sentimental Pam |
