Hi there family

On wednesday i`m doing the speach at Polarmed`s congress in Norway.
Subject: Clusterheadache from a patients point of veuw"

IM NERVOUS

Talking to some 200 neuroes,professors in meds lungdocs,GP`s and nurses.

Just wish they was "normal"as us.
YESS i know they are just human as we are but still nervous as HELL and back.

Could really need some good luck wibes/wishes

Thanks to Chuck that did allow me to use 1 of his famous hits as an apatizer in front of the speach and also thanks to Justin Ott for helping me out and let me use the dvd.

Svenn, it sounds like a great opportunity to let 200 medical professionals view clusters from the sufferers view. I am sure you will impress them and this presentation they will not soon forget.

Well pal, you know you already have them.

But, as I've told you, you'll do just fine.

Just make sure to drink a whole pot of coffee before and smoke about 4 ciggs in a row right before you go in.

Svenn, cluster headaches are definitely an attention getter, so you will have a very captive audience. You will do great!! Vibes going to you....but you won't need much, you'll do just great!

When you get up there just picture everyone nekkid that may help out if anything it will make you LOL! ;) Its the ONLY way I can speak in public to lots of folks. OHH, lucky doctors!!
Finally, Svenn, these drs will be able to experience the hell that is clusterheadaches..firsthand, they will hear your stories...they will see the anguish on your face..and they will know as you describe your time in Nashville..these are good people, suffering a horrendous affliction!
All of this is possible, because you have accepted their invitation to share your story with them..these are people who WANT to know about CH..they WANT to understand it, and they have a strong desire to bring it to it's knees, Svenn...
I know it can be rattling to speak in front of a gang...soo, when you look out in that audience, and you see those people...I want you to see a sea of CH sufferers, your friends who care about you..and about whom you have cared for so long...see me? I will be in the back...smiling at you, so happy, so proud..and Chuck will be there and Charlie and Edna,Dan and Paige and Donna and Thomas..and all the others I forgot to mention...all the many people who care so much about you, my friend...we will all be there, cheering you on....grateful that you are willing to do this on behalf of Clusterville....this is a HUGE gift, Svenn...and I thank you!
I will be soo looking forward to hearing all about your visit....but, if you hear a little clapping in the back...well, that's me.............

Good luck Svenn, though I'm sure you don't need it.

Constant deep slow breathing to counteract the nerves, pauses and slightly slowed down speech and lots of eye contact does the trick for me when I have to speak in public.

You will be great, let us know as soon as it's done how it went
