Well, yesterday and today have not started out so good. Got in my car yesterday and when I started it, it sounded like there was a soda can rattling around inside of my car, under the hood. Got it towed to a repair place and they called me this morning to inform me that it was going to be $700 to get it fixed, my car is not even worth that much, it's got almost 190,000 miles on it. So, apparently I am going to get it fixed, that is what my dad informed me to do. I don't have $700.

I also need to go to the dr. because I have a horrible sore or something on my leg and it hurts to even walk and it won't go away. No health insurance either, but that I will have soon.

I got dropped from all of my classes in the fall for my Massage Therapy classes because I do not have $830 to pay for those.

Just seems that bad things all happen at once and I'm not sure why.

Thanks for reading this, just need something positive to happen in my life, such as winning the lottery or something.

we all have those days unless we are rich :D

breath deeply .........in.........out..........and think of every wealthy person you know constipated on the terlit. No. don't do that it's not nice ;;D

me and brian have learned to cultivate our sense of humor. Believe me.............we're laughing our freakin heads off these days ;)

Being rich just makes your problems different and more expensive.

The most valuable (and expensive) lesson I've learned in life is that money truely does not buy happiness. But trying to explain that to someone that's never had alot of money is like trying to explain a CH to a non clusterhead...

Being broke and unhappy at least you have the hope of getting more money... What do you do when you are rich and unhappy?

I guess there's nothing better than being rich AND happy. But to expect money to make you happy is an empty dream. Ask the majority of lottery winners.

That's nice..Jonny :) You do a lot of help!!!

I can't help w/money yet, but I try to help in other ways with nursing school and things like that. It makes me pretty happy, too. :)

I'm not asking to be insanely rich, I just would like to fix the things that need fixed, such as my car and being able to keep up with rent and my tuition.

But, being insanely rich would be nice too ;)

But, I also agree that Donald is not spending his money on a stylist.....good God, get that hair straightened out man, that's ridiculous.

i hear ya kimmie. Amongst the many malfunctions going on around here (besides my head :P) is a recent sinkhole? [smiley=huh.gif] in driveway....i was having visions of poltergeist and some ghouls sucking my house down the sinkhole....anyway....course we can't afford a new driveway so we just put the garbage can top over it ;;D LOL. Brian accidentally ran it over the other nite. Made an amusing crunching noise....

one car is parked indefinitely with a bum transmition ($2500.00). I just backed out of a friends driveway in the Explorer and dontchano a very obnoxious Oak Tree ate my rear view mirror alawng with the door (driver's side). Now every time i put the window down the door pops open 8) Makes highway driving interesting. Every time i lite up a ciggarette and roll down the window the door flies open. ............Oh well. Does this bother me? Nah. I'm gettin pretty good at meeting new people.....I just laugh my ass off and say HI WE'RE POORE ;;D

I'm mildly concerned that the constant problems seem to disturb me not in the least - except i keep having this dream where i buy a brand spanking shiny new pair of cowboy boots [smiley=huh.gif]

I have recently decided that if you are poor enough, the govenment will help ya and feed you better than the average bear. If you are rich enough, you can evade the government and not pay taxes. Being sandwiched in the middle is peanut butter and jelly. Just make sure you are nuts & sweet enough to handle it !

Thank you guys for the laughs and the vibes, I got approved at the car repair shop for a credit card, 90 days same as cash type thing, $1,300 limit, so I can put my repairs on that and make payments, that's one good thing.

My boyfriend is paying my tuition, God love him!

And I went to a Cardinal game tonight and got to see Larry Walker hit a grand slam and a big win for the best team in the major league. I LOVE THE CARDINALS!!

So, some things are going better, still need to get to the dr. though.
