Cootie is alive and well, she has been swamped lately. Also she hasn't had a stable internet connection since she started using windows XP. She needs to replace her winmodem with a real one. If anyone knows of a real modem that has good support for XP she could probably use the information.

Convenient thread. Excuse my ignorance, but what is a cootie? - saw it in a book recently, and couldn't even work it out from context.

The pics above are of our Cootie.

The cootie you read about is probably the imaginary germ-type thing you get when you're a kid and you touch something icky. Like when most of us were young boys/girls; boys didn't touch girls or girls didn't touch boys 'cause you might get cooties. Man, I'm glad I got over THAT!

It's slang for a bug...I think it applies to more than one. It's also a cute Milton-Bradley dice game/toy where one assembles a large plastic bug out of pieces. Had one when I was a kid in 1895.

Hey.......I'm BACK.....well kinda sorta ! Dam I look like a hillbilly with a big ole rotten tooth in that pic.......it's a stupid filling......remind me not to smile next time ! I have no cavity's as of last visit.......anyhow.........hey magman sweetie's.......this is a NEW computer......it started overheating and crashed the day I turned the dang thing on !!!! Me thinks my mile long phone line with no jacks inbetween MAY be weakeningmy connection speed plus the wires to the plug ins are sliced ? I am kicked offline every 1 to 2 minutes........almost put a fist thru this thing not long ago and it runs slow even when not online. A virus scan overheats it bad and it beeps non stop so I gotta shut er down which also takes forever. Sometimes I jus hit the kill switch on the power stripe and say fuck it. I been so busy lately my dingy head is spinnin. And I am NOT a phone person but did enjoy yakkin up jonny's free minutes.......I NEVER talk on the phone tho but did enjoy the yak session. Anyone MISS my whinneing ?? What can I say ! Dress me up and take my somewhere Pam .........................(missed you all !!)
