Just an idle nosey question and sorry if you've already answered it, but are you really in Mongolia?
If so, what's it like? (only seen Yak milk type documentaries about it)

Not there right now. But, Mountains North, desert South, dry, windy and I think fermented mares milk is better than Yak milk. Unless you're muslim ofcourse.
No matter what Pres. Bagabandi says Ulaan Baatar is still little berg that you could lose in the middle of Mangolia. Not a bad idea come to think of it.
