Hi all,

I went for my initial visit at the headache clinic in Moorestown, NJ today. I have been in this cycle now for the last nine weeks.
The doctor understands clusters and was very thorough. She started me on Verapimil and wants me to keep using the Maxalt MLT and O2. She wanted to put me on Pred, but I have diabetes and that would send my blood sugar through the roof.
At the end of my visit she asked if I would be interested in being part of a study be conducted by a Pennsylvania company on Cluster suffers and the use of O2 as an abortive. I told her of course I would. The interview is soppose to take place on August 31 in her office in Moorestown, NJ. I will be getting more information on this early next week.

1. Has anyone else heard about this study?
2. Any ideas or specific things I should mention in the interview?
3. If possible, would anyone else like to participate in this study?

Haven't heard about it, but did you see Dr. Mueller there? Have heard good things about her. I saw Dr. Rogers there when I went there for 3 months. Good luck!

Yes carrie it is Dr Mueller. They will be interview her and I guess some of her patients.

...hey saints... this is REAL interesting to me... if I lived in Jersey I would be *there*... if you have more info ...or any links to the Dr's who are conducting this ..or the Pennsylvania Company ... or WHAT-the-FUCK ever... please email or PM me.....

the whole concept of using God's Own Air to abort the MOFO just has to be a "Trail To Follow"...

Please print out (or at least REFER TO) the O2 button at Left.... when y'all talk to the Doctors.... and ask 'em how we can FINE-TUNE :

...even if it doesn't kill off the pain completely: wouldn't it be a leap ahead to find out WHY it works *sometimes*?
