WEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was awake 4 days straight, got ones nights sleep, and have now been up another 36 1/2 hours and counting...

That sucks, Carl. Your body will sleep eventually, though. Meanwhile, I've been depressed so I've been sleeping a lot. :-/

I get depression spells too and half the time can't quite explain it either. Sometimes it's something someone said even tho minor and a joke that will set me off......prolly cuz I took it personal and stuck with me that way....it comes and goes. I'm goin thru the depression part rite now myself. Nothin major to cause it........jus moody crap I guess. Not sleepin well either. Have you tried the excederin PM for sleep or Benydryl Carl...."it doesn't work for me" but does make ya relax....for me I get grouchier tired exhausted feeling from it but my mind "won't shut off or slow down" so I am a total prisoner in my own skin.....too crabby to keep busy so forget that idea. But it works for some people and even docs recomend it. Moody depressed jerk Pam

Thanks, Pam. Mostly, I suspect that it's because I haven't been getting adequate rest and I'm frustrated at not having enough time to do all of the things I need to be doing, in addition to the flat lack of reply I've been getting from any of the newspapers that I've been trying to get to do a story on cluster headaches. Bastiches... >:(

Well, My last attempt at sleep was a couple of hours ago. Mostly laid there, until the beast decided to have his way with me for awhile. So, grabbed the Trex, 1/3 shot. 10 minutes later, writhing. Said fuckit and did the whole dose. Writhed for about another 45 minutes.
Don't think I'll make the mistake of lying down again anytime soon even though I'm on my 52nd hour.

At 8:30am tomorrow, I will have had 9 1/2 hours sleep for the whole fricken week. And people wonder why I'm so nuts sometimes. Sheesh!
