Title: Onset Blues Festival Aug 7th Post by Ree on Aug 2nd, 2004, 8:25pm MY OLD POST=Any New Englanders going... Don, Sean, jon??? oooo poetry........might have to change my husbands name.... We talked about this during the winter... If anyone is going let us know........ August 7 - Blues Festival This is one of the top blues festivals in New England. Some of the most highly acclaimed blues acts vie for a chance to perform for this appreciative audience. Festaval starts at 9am and goes till 7pm. (music 12:30 to 7) MInimal entrance fee to be announced. (((More like a donation...........))) Ok~~ we made our arrangements to stay at Maple Park Camp ground... url is http://www.mapleparkfamilycampground.com/ our campsite is #95 so if you camp try to get one around the Theriaults............ thats us.....! He is getting cozy with Breezy, they both look like they are down for the count. She had her first day at camp and woooooooooohooooooo she had a blast........... I had a better day today after I wrote checks and payed bills....... I floated in the pool. 80* water....... That Migraine lasted 3 days and lingered in the Imatrex side effects: yawning and aching and thirsting........man I thought I was having a stroke....This weekend IS NOT a school night so come and play... the festival is Sat... we will probably go for a little while......... We are camping all weekend though at Maple Park... they have a little pond and stuff for the kids..... We can cook out........... etc..........so please try to come. Friday-Sunday... Don said he might come I think its his birthday....... love ree |

The desert is a very stern and rugged place, but so full of beauty... After the heat of the day, the sun goes down in a sea of fire and then night creeps in, pulling cool blankets of stars over it all... The wildlife, the sunrise burning the frost off of the sage and joshua trees in the morning... I can't explain it very well except to say that it gets into your blood. -Frank |
