I have seen some other people say that they can't sign on to the OUCH board...I thought I was the only one!!

I have asked for my user name and password, and got it, but it won't work. I can't figure it out.

Who else can't get on the damn board?? Do we have to register as a new member again???? I was a member on the old board, then re-registered on the new one and haven't been able to sign on since.

I was assigned a new password that was jumbled up letters and numbers or sumthin like that......but it wouldn't work ! So then I found out my old password worked. But.....I've since forgot it and gave up trying cuz I lost my saved info (passwords ect) on here when my other pc peuked a motherboard. Password funk Pam

Had the same one forever. No dice.

Even did the "forget your password" thing again just to be sure. Zip

Tried it dozens of times, and more than a few ways. Nope. >:(

You actually do have to register on the message board itself, which is seperate from joining OUCH. :)

Hi Deb,
Did you do a username and pass for the FORUM too? The board that looks like this one? It has a seperate username and pass then for JUST being a member of ouch.
Try registering for the Yabb board and see what happens,

Deb, I just looked at the member's list. Your name is on there at Little Deb. The board is case sensitive so you have to put it in there JUST like that. I always screw that up cause some of my boards I've signed up as mast, and some as Mast...so I have to try everything about 4 times.

Charlie, your name isn't even UP there, so you need to REGISTER.

Coot, your name is cootie and you can "retrieve password" and it will give you the jumble of letters and numbers again, then you can just change it again in your profile :)

OK Mast. Can't do it. I can log into OUCH, but can't log into the New Business Board. I used to be able to log into the Old Bus Board. It keeps saying User Name does not exist. So I request password and username, it sends it to me, but doesn't work. Now you see me as Little Deb? But that is not what it sent me. I thought I re-registered for the board? Did I? Or do I need to? Can someone tell me?????? Ughhhhh!!!

Deb, if you tried all that, I dunno what the prob is.
You'll need to get ahold of DJ and see if he can either delete you and you can start New, or he can figure out how to log you on.

Sent you all PM's with your login info to the OUCH board. Let me know if you still have trouble getting logged in and I'll get it fixed.

This goes for everyone else as well.... if you are having trouble getting logged into the OUCH board, let me know via a PM and I'll get you set up.

Also, make sure your browser is accepting cookies from the site. I had to set my firewall to allow cookies, as I grant permission only on a site-by-site basis (my paranoid tendencies.... LOL).

Okay, listen up. I just went through this crap. You are all probably suffering from common sense in thinking that registering for the site is registering for all it's features - WRONG!

1. Register for the OUCH site itself.

2. Go to the Message Boards and at the top Register here also.

3. To use the OUCH Chat you have to register a 3rd time here.

One website - 3 registrations. Big time pain in the a$s.
