On a side note..I've noticed my log-on to O.U.C.H. does not work anymore. Even E-Mailed & got the same user & password I've been trying, and it still will not let me in.

Is this due to what's going on?

What is OUCH? Right now, it's a tangled mess of backbiting and chaos. It would be nice to be able to have faith in it again, to feel that it truly DOES represent hope and some kind of positive change.

At the moment, when I think of OUCH, my chest feels heavy. More than ever before, I feel utterly alone, except for when I can come here and socialize with other clusterheads on this board. Maybe now is the time to jump in and help OUCH. I've certainly offered to help in any way I can. To be honest, my belief in the organization and my personal motivation are completely shot.

You know I love you hun, but if your belief in the Org. is shot then you wouldn't be going in at 100%. Would YOU "hire" someone that has little to no faith or belief in YOUR company?

Right now I feel even more faith in it that ever before. The events of late have shown proof positive, that it is most definately time to take grand steps forward, and take this Org. to a whole new level.

Seriously, OUCH seems to be at the point where many organizations falter. The very same is true for small businesses. The business owner is used to doing everything themself and in order to grow and succeed, he must delegate responsibility to others and then trust them to use their skills to get things done.

Thanks for posting this KOP, we all need to keep the vision clear in our minds so we work together. In that way we are more than the sum of our individual parts.

Whatever... Fuck it, then. Show me someone who hasn't felt discouraged by the events of the past couple of days. *shrug* I wouldn't submit an application to a company whose board of directors acts this way in the first place, so it's really a moot point, but if I'm going to be taken to task for being human and feeling discouraged, then fuck it; it's not worth being a part of in the first place, is it?

So far, we've had nothing but crap. When does someone seize the reins and start talking solutions? Or are we content to sit around and b*tch, while the whole fucking ship goes down?

I just have to say, that I have been discouraged, but I am not going to quit or leave or give up because OUCH is having growing pains. I was elected to do a job, and that is what I'm doing to the best of my ability and leaving any personal feelings I have out of OUCH because they just don't belong there.

I hope that people see that OUCH is making it through this right now. We are communicating on the private boards, albeit not as quickly as some would like to see, but the steps are being taken. Please do not lose hope in OUCH because of politics, the main goal is still there. There are also people there who are willing to work together, and offer solutions, in order to achieve those goals.

Right now I'm getting hit five or six times a day (hard) and I just want to see OUCH get some help for me. (Is that selfish? - You bet it is, but if I get help so will you.)

Bitching and Politics do no good - but ideas do. OUCH needs help and like someone says - if you ain't part of the solution - then you're part of the problem.

I'm not discouraged.

OUCH has been through this many times and always come out better for it. It's just our growing process.

The BoD had a few simple items to straighten out. Business Board moderator authorities, committee authorities, officer duties, some communication improvement. No biggies.

Some personalities clashed. Some parades were rained on. People took to back alleys and the lynch mob formed. Now it stands with it's tourches and hollars for justice. Mob members who have no first hand knowledge of what really happenend but grab onto anything a fellow mobster says and begins the chant.

OUCH will be fine. It will be better than ever. It will be the catylist to finding a cure for clusters.

My hat is still in the ring, and I believe in the principles that OUCH was founded upon. Whatever it takes to get this stuff cleared up and get moving in the right direction again, let's do it! :)

Jeepgun- You have a great attitude and I think you would make a great BoD member. I have nothing to say about it but I hope they consider it.

I have just been spending time at the OUCH board. I am starting to feel very good about that org. Outside the war's being fought among some of the BoD members currently, I see HUGE potential for what they can do to help cluster sufferers. Consider how alone all of us have felt with this malady until we found this site. OUCH has the potential to change that for all the lone cluster sufferers out there who are still alone with this.
