This is gonna be COOL - ya'll know how I get a KICK out of accents.....
He's gonna be staying with us for a month -- SWEET!

I am still talking with the hotel - I hope to post final arrangements within a week. (in the meet and greet section, oF course!)

As far as i know now - it'll be January 21.22.23 = same time same place.

Hope this year it will be bigger... ;;D

Seriously, that's great news about Turts. I'm pretty sure that will be the furthest anyone has ever traveled to willingly go to Iowa in January. ;;D

Twenty hours on an airplane to Davenport, Iowa in January. Now that's dedication. Probably thinks January is summer up here like it is downunder. :o

Come to think of it; Davenport in January is my kind of climate.........

I was expecting to be sipping pinacoladas in between tequila slammers by the pool!!!

How cold does it get then!! It could nt be any less than 10 degrees celcuis surely??

Dude, don't worry about it, with that accent of yours, I'm sure some of the local women will be more than willing to keep you warm, although in Iowa, the prospects of freezing your ass off, may be more appealing. ;)

ooohhhhh, you are so lucky! It gets very frigid here in the upper midwest, BUT it is bearable... Well, at least for me it is, especially when I'm in the house sitting next to the fireplace. ;;D

If we are at the same Hotel as last time, you can still do this! It's an Inside pool and only a few steps from the bar!
