Well...I finally met a bunch of clusterheads all at once. What a site !! (only took me 16 years) ;;D
I had a great time in Nashville ! Thanks to everyone who put effort into making it happen ! I got to meet a great bunch of people !!

Congrats to Dave & Leesa :) I wish you many happy PF years !!

Q. So how come I get hit hard everyday ... I go to Nashville and become TOTALLY pain free for the entire weekend ? How does that work ????? I even ~~drank~~ got drunk on Friday night !!! NO ATTACKS

If my attacks start back, everybody will have to pack their bags and head back to Nashville to meet me again ! ;;D (It seemed to work over the weekend)

That was most miraculous Michael when you told me that this morning. You WERE smiling too!! What a remarkable thing. I just don't know, but it was a pleasure to meet you and I hope this lasts for as long as humanly possible.

Glad to see you made it home. It was really terrific getting to talk to you for awhile this morning. I am sooooo happy to hear that you have been PF for the weekend, and I hope it continues for you!!! And heck, going back to Nashville sounds good to me...so long as I don't have to fly!!

Was good to see you man, and glad to hear you were pain free. God I only wish so many others could have had such luck. I am with Jeepgun in the fact that, this weekend was my first time after being a sufferer for 17 yearsof actually SEEING the beast attack someone else, the despair in thier face, and felt my heart sink KNOWING what was to come. This is the first time I have learned what it means to be a supporter. This may not make much sense to some, but it felt worse in a way watching someone else get hit, than actually getting hit myself.
So Michael, this evening pop open a beer, grab some pretzels, join some of the family in HSG chat and stay pain-free!!!

It usually happens when we all meet.... unfortunately it didn't work this time for Z.... but attacks apart we had really great time!

I am so thrilled to hear that you are currently pain free and were able to have a wonderful weekend with the rest of the gang (and enjoy getting drunk!!!). What an incredible miracle! I read your story on your website. You suffered so much for so long and I truly hope that your CH's will go into remission or at least go away for a very long time.

Michael,

Meeting you was one of the best things that could have happened to me. You have NO idea how happy I am that you got a break from the pain...even if just for short while.
Woobie and I were honored to meet you, and very happy you decided to come, I know it was hard for you to come and meet a large group of us, and for that I want to thank you.
If you ever need anything even if it is just to talk or vent, and if there is ANYTHING I/we can do for you please don't hesitate to call and ask.
Give your son a big hug for me and woobie, and give your friend that came along our most heart felt offerings of Thanks for coming....I know how uncomfortable it was for the both of you.
