ATTENTION: Cluster Headache Sufferers
Your help is needed gatjering data for a Quality of Life Impact Survey regarding cluster headaches. If you have been diagnosed with cluster headaches, please take a few minutes to complete Part 1 of this survey. We'll let you know when part 2 is ready...

The data will be used for several things, among them, a peer reviewed article being written by Dr. John Halpern of the Harvard Medical School. It will also be used in future submissions for the upcoming clinical trials at Harvard for clusters. Ready?
