I'm a notary, but not in TN. Don't think you can cross state lines.

Elaine,

As far as I know, most insurance agents
provide notary services.

As BarbaraD pointed out, is a notary in
TN valid for what you are trying to do?

Any licensed financial institution has at least one notery. Just head to your local bank.

edit...

anything noterised must be accepted as noterised in all 50 states...

It doesn't matter what state for what I need done. Its more of a witness thing.

Go to any "Pak Mail" or "UPS Store" or "Mail Boxes Etc" store. They should have a notary and those chains are nationwide and easy to find. Call ahead just to make sure the notary is working that day.

E, sorry hun the notary I know aint showin hun. But Im sure we can find a bank or someone to take care of this stuff for ya.
