Tempe is 20 mins from downtown PHX and a great suburb. further out modest homes - 1,500 sq. ft. go for about 115,000. The rest of the cost of living is about average. lots of jobs too. I love it here...the humidity just about strangles me when I go back east now. And I had my first episode free year the first year I was here. I thought the dry air cured me, but they returned the second year. come on out! 8) |
