Title: Working from home
Post by athos on Jun 30th, 2004, 1:31pm
Any pointers, starters, words of wisdom that I could have on getting some work that I could do whilst here at home...  It seems that my body won't let me be myself, so I need to adapt....  Most of you know what I have done and am capeable of doing....

If there are thoughts please let me know...

Thanks....

What kind of work do you do?  I do IT related projects on the side, you create a profile and when a project is posted that matches your skills, you get alerts.  Then you can bid on the job.  If that's the kind of work you are looking for, go to:http://www.guru.com and create a profile.

Good Luck

Athos...

What kind of skills do you have that could be used in this way?

I know that I make a lot of money on the side doing computer upgrades/repairs/custom systems at home. If I had a little bit of business sense, I could probably do it full time at home and quit my day job.

Look at yourself and determine what kind of stuff you enjoy doing and do very well and then put an ad in the paper offering you services.

I wish you the best of luck with this.
