I have been trying for the last 1/2 hour to contact the Convention Hotel to make my reservations. None of the numbers I have seem to work. I tried the website number 1-615-327-4707 which is apparently a fax machine...so then I tried the fax number thinking they may be mixed up, 1-615-327-8034, nope...it's a fax too, really....so....I called information and received 615-320-5478...guess what, another fax.....damn thay have a lot of machine numbers posted....so...I tried the last number information gave me, 615-320-5798...yippie, no fax......and no answer......so.....how can I get a hold of these folks....anyone have more numbers to contact the Hotel?

I dd send an email regarding this issue to the Hotel.

Whew.............still no reservation...after another round of about 10 phone calls a real nice lady at the above 800 number and I have figured out the reservations system needs improvement.....and I am supposed to call back in the morning to try again....apparently the reservation desk is closed after 5 on the weekends.....geez.

I did bring up the fact, in a very nice way, that we have people all around the world coming to this convention and I wondered out loud how much trouble they were having making a reservation.......and I am only 200 miles away!

Maybe the hotel flooded and the phone lines are out......ha-ha......seems to be the case this summer tho alot of places. When towns go under Pam
