He actaully was in the process of buying a new home and moving. The closing was supposed to be sometime in late march I think. I haven't talked to him..I knew he had alot going on..as well as picking up I think some form of consulting work. But I'll give him a call and tell him to drop us all a line. I'll get on this tonite after work. |

I wish I had a better excuse than "life happens and the beast is on hiatus" to explain my absence, but it's the closest to the truth I'm gonna get. Dave and I closed on the house in early May, and moved in on May 15th. I found a new job, got fired from it, then found another one I've been at for a bit over a week now. I've also been hellishly busy with theater, between directing one play, producing two others, and rehearsing to act in yet another. In addition to all that, I'm in the midst of revamping my theater company for a shot at the big time (or at least as big as it gets in Pittsburgh) that is brewing for 2005. Amazing what one can accomplish when the beast isn't knocking on the door every night (and my prayers to those who are currently dealing with the bitch). Hugs all around, and I promise to not be such a stranger. Joe P.S. Luke, I'll call you this weekend sometime. |

The only problem was that the young lady at the ticket counter was a very buxom young lass and dressed very revealingly. The youngest priest was delegated to go up and buy the tickets, so he approaches the counter and stammers, "I would like three pickets to Titsburgh, please." Thoroughly embarrassed after realizing his mistake, he bolts back to the other two priests and reports his gaffe. The middle-aged priest approaches the ticket counter. He clears his throat and says, "I'd like three tickets to Pittsburgh please, and I need the change in nipples and dimes." A beat passes and he realizes his mistake. He too, runs back to the other two priests and reports his mistake. The eldest priest heaves a sigh and walks to the counter: "Young lady, I'd like three tickets to Pittsburgh and I'd like the change in nickels and dimes, and if you keep dressing like that, when you get to Heaven, St. Finger is going to shake his peter at you!" 8) :o [smiley=laugh.gif] a-thank you ver' much. ;;D |
