You cannot MEAN that is fun...why my jeep is languishing in the garage as we speak, gettting ready for a nice detailing..complete with tire polish!

I will get over it, as soon as casssandra(the jeep) is over it......

Sheesh!! 4WD is supposed to be used for traversing islands in order to get the plum parking space at the mall, isn't it??

:D ;;D Cathi

You own a Jeep!! How cool!! What kind? Wrangler? Or one of those imposter Cherokees? Or a Kia-clone Liberty?  8) ;;D

No, but a coworker asked me, "Man, why don't you wash that thang?" I replied, "Why? It's just going to get all muddy again!" He just shook his head...  ;;D

I want a bulldozer.  And 300 acres.  And a rainstorm. [smiley=thumb.gif]

That would rule... I'm actually more fond of rocks, though. Rocks present more of a challenge and depends more on finesse and skill, rather than raw horsepower like mud-bogging does. Still, it's ALL GOOD!  ;;D

Is that a picture of a Land Rover? Didn't know they had mud holes in Beverly Hills.
;)

Jeep or Landrover. How many of you have seen one being washed?

Mine requires monthly mudbaths to retain her youthful good looks.  ;;D That said, I will probably wash mine before coming to the convention, now that most people have seen my trail pics.  :)

Yeah.. Well, I'll bet he's none too thrilled about having an entire vehicle full of muddy, nasty river water. LOL

A friend of mine tried to do this with her itty bitty S10 pick-up. The insurance company totalled it.

But, who cares about river water, as long as it gets ya there, right?  ;;D

I've heard of dumber things, Purpley. There are some people out there who aren't too smart. LOL

At least this guy is prepared with the snorkel mounted on his rig, and most likely, no carpet inside. (My Heep doesn't have a snorkel.... yet) ;;D

Yep. Going up the side of the windshield on the driver's side. It runs to the air intake and keeps the engine from sucking in water.
