once again, go to bed get up, take a pill boil water slap rag on head, fall to sleep (i think) get up take a pill microwave rag slap on head....wish i had some tangible scars so people would understand the pain.....another doctors appt. today, another 20 bucks another refill.....I know I am not alone and suffer from the repetitiveness of it all......thanks to all

Hang in there.......can you imagine what a CURE pill would cost.......would it be resonable do ya think.......or would it cost as much as a new cadilac every month ? A cure is worth a PF head Pam

I have been saying the same thing for 12 years now. You'd think with as brutal as the pain is, there would be a physical evident scar. Hell, I initially chopped my long hair off and shaved my head, wondering out of curiosity if the vein would potrude or stick out during an attack.

I shouldn't even post here.....

I was there too; we've all damaged some furniture and later were glad the dog was a bit faster than our feet.

All I can hope for is that everyone start their remission like yesterday. You have a lot of sleep to catch on. Good luck kids.

I know what you mean. Something you can point at and say THIS is why I hurt, instead of some stealthy monster that creeps up on you and beats you to a pulp without leaving a mark on you.

You really got to love a disease with no known cause, no reliable treatment and no known cure - NOT!

that's why OUCH was formed -- with a goal of FINDING A CAUSE AND THEN A CURE. We've got drug companies interested in us now and headache clinics. Rome wasn't built in a day, but if everyone would pitch in -- it might go a little faster (especially those in remission -- you guys can think a little better than those who are getting hit several times a day).

Sorry you're getting hit Mark. Wish they'd find the reason yesterday and the cure today. I've had about as much of this as I can enjoy too.
