Some people have one of those days - I have one of those lives!
Just started walking normal (again.) Catching up on things overdue, trying to get the band rolling again, etc. etc. I have alot to do today; all of it involves having to walk here & there, do this and that. In the last couple of hours though, my body has done its usual "Lets fuck with Carl" thing. Haven't been sleeping hardly at all, and got none through the night. Briefly fell asleep, woke up with a CH, it wouldn't abort so I had to ride it out. Got up to go to the bathroom, and my legs are hurting again bad and I can hardly walk. This totally fucking SUCKS! My nerves are shot from frustration. My head hurts and is ringing and if I try to lie down I feel the pressure building in my temple. I am so sick to death of this shit it is beyond words. So, I have to wait until I can function before I can even leave my apartment.
I could go on and on, but I'll spare you.
Gotta go. My fists have a date with the walls!

I was just asking about you the other nite. I am sorry you are still having it so bad. I was hoping (praying) that we hadn't heard from you because you were feeling better and catching up on things. Have you gotten your test results yet?

Hey Carl spare the knuckles on top of everything else you don't need to mess up your music fingers !!!! Hey is it really wet out there where yer at...mite be the weather gettin to ya with all the aches and leg problems. Wet as hell and gloomy in Ohio and I didn't get up till late cuz I ached so bad and hurt so bad I jus laid there and wimper'd. Got up and stumbled around trippin over my own feet a while......everything hurts (fuckin bad arthritis !) So mite wanna consider that as a factor.....in these wet damp areas it is gonna be a way of life IF that's onea the cause's for you. Luckily I don't have CH to add to it and I feel for you in that matter.....you definetly ache from head to toe I am sure. I feel like I was dropped from a 5 story building landing on my back Pam

Ironically, that is one of the things I WAS going to do today. I was going to walk over to my brothers house to use the phone, find out what the MRI results were, and go from there. I was SUPPOSED to go to the Wellness Center for physical therapy. HA! I can't even walk down to the fricken store! I'm barely limping around my apartment. No matter what I do - walk, stand, sit - my legs hurt bad. They're throbbing with pain, I'm getting the jolts in my right leg again, and my foot is practically asleep. Feels like midgets with iron bats beat on them for a few hours. So here I am again, a prisoner in my own home.
Yeah Cootie, it's rainy and dreary here too. Not sure how much of a factor that is though. I've had bad knees with arthritis since I was a teen. This is throughout my leg though - muscles and all. I have to grab onto stuff right now to get around. At points it is like my joints feel unconnected, very wobbly standing. Practically grinding my teeth from it. I'm in serious pain, and the Tramadol, Zanaflex and Piroxicam isn't even touching it.
I'm exhausted too. At least with the CH's I have Imitrex and even if that doesn't work - I know what i am in for and have a general idea of how long - but that stops. This seems endless though. I guess I'll hobble back to the futon since my day is pretty much fucked now. If this lasts ANOTHER couple of weeks, I guess working with the band this weekend might be fucked too, and I just started back on the music this week too. Oh well. Done venting/whining/bitching - for now.

sweetie I feel for you.......ya know I called the doc's office for my MRI results and the nurse told me SUM of what was goin on......mite wanna try that.....then I had em mail me the results cuz I was goin on vacation and couldn't get in for while. Hey....my MRI cost friggin $ 1,400.00...my insurence paid $ 400.00 of it.....oh lucky lucky me ech ? So I went in today to get my money's worth of my DOC'S input. All the leg stuff you got goin on "I" got goin on......severe disc shit in a nut shell lower spine. Ya get the....."I just got dropped from a 5 story building on my back" feeling.....you could have arhritis in yer back for alot of reasons...prolly lower spine ta cause all that. It fucks up in fazes......yer goin thru one faze apparently. I sit a while then get up and stagger and people LAUGH thinkin I am drunk........sorry......there dead wrong. Hang in there....havein CH is wearin ya down on top of it all.......pain will do that. It will rob you of your soal. PF vibes to you bro.........Pam with a back full of crap

Cootie might have the right idea. I ended up with Rhumitoid Arthritis in my hands, knees and hips. That is the biggest reason that we left Reno was because of the weather. I still get issues at times during monsoon season, but that is not as bad as it to be here. It is something to think about.

Hey Tia.what do you do for rhumitoid arthritis....what's the deal with that one ? I realize this isn't a public 'arthritis' mb but some of this may benifit or help Carl......I just had blood work done to check for that......am thinkin Carl 'could' have a buldged disc or herniated pushin on the nerves that run to the legs for sensation or......arthritis in that area. He'd have flareups too......once it happens yer prone again. Pam that don't want TWO kinds of arthritis dam it

This weather in Ohio they say is the WORSE for it.......it is so wet and damp here now everything feels like it needs a spin or two in the dryer. My septic is FLOODED......am thinkin there mite be money in breeding ducks or geese or how bout carp in my yard ?
