I DID have fun at DavCon..... and I got the blues, BAD!  I can only imagine what it's gonna be like this time.

Agreed Jean, now is the time.

I talked to Norm Wednesday and he's working 24/7 so that's why he hasn't been around.

Yep, Jim.....Tina is gonna take care of Davenport.   We were discussing whether to stay at the same place as before.   Personally, if they'll let us come back....it was perfect!   At least we could bring in our own drinks and food.   The atrium was great !!!!

You have an opinion???   Go where we were....or elsewhere??   Whatcha think???

Awesome Mark.
It took me about 18 years and a 300 mile drive to finally meet some clusterheads last year face to face and I'll never forget it.
We walked into Celluar Field in Chicago, found our seats and there was M.R. aka Mike. Also met Ramon, Pink Floyd and Brian W that day. Dude it was almost overwhelming...a very special day.

Chuck,

Our intention for DavCon 5 will be around the 2nd weekend of January.   Even though it was cold and snowing, we had a great turnout.   That's a bit soon after Nashville for another convention.

However, for future conventions.....this place is a great example of what type atmosphere we need.  An atrium...heated pool....lots of tables....could bring our own ice chests.....had food delivered (from offsite)....had chips, dip.....and any other food or drink we wanted.  The property did not require that we purchsed food or drink from them.   Not many properties would give these freedoms.  It was great!!!!!!
