Just what do you think those three out of date articles have to do with the statement I made
Enquiring minds want to know.

I don't want to start a flame war "Ol Chum" but I did want to let people to know that MS is not the only OS that can be wacked. ALL of them are vulnerable.

I probably hate MS as much as you. Read the peeves post. Fortunately, I found a job where I can make a living because of MSs crapware.

BTW... One of the articles is dated 6/4/2004. Do articles get obsolete faster than hardware now?

Hey Root

Do you work for the Jehovah's Witnesses?

You try soooooo hard to convert people but never get discouraged when nobody listens.

Don't quit your day job!

The worst problem with M$ windows, is that most are set up to run in root(admin), that is a security risk all in itself and the only patch is to not run in root. Of course  M$ windows wannabe *nixs, most of them having "my"itis ( my computer, my documents), for example Lindows er Linspire also runs in root, which is probably why it comes with antivirus built-in. The lesson is do not run in root, especially when browsing the web. If you are using Win9x the only hope is to, like Root said, use a browser that isn't tied into your OS.

LMAO, dude!  You really get a kick out of posting this stuff, don't ya?  I get a kick out of reading it, but I'm with EyeBall.  I made a lot of money fixing problems caused by M$ Winblows vulnerabilities.

One of these days, I'm gonna sit down and experiment with Linux.  Don't have the patience to learn a new os right now.

Keep 'em coming!   :D
