I don't usually write long posts, but this will be an exception so I apologize to DJ for taking up his broad-band width or whatever it's called. To those here who won't know what I'm talking about, just click on "back" and go on to the next post.

More than 5 years ago I typed cluster headache into a search engine and not only found what I was looking for by way of info. and support for my headaches, but over the years I found a family. A family who helped me when I was ready to give it up and meet my maker.
A family who helped me through Ernies death. A family who, several days ago..rallied around me as I went through one of the worst times in my life.

I came here that morning devastated and so alone, and recieved love and support and encouragement from so many. Everyone who posted. The PM's...One person, bless his heart, stayed on-line most of the day just so I could talk. I also recieved long-distance phone calls from some who threw me the proverbial life-rope, and at one point even made me laugh.

For all of you people, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. My cup runneth over with gratitude.

Update now: I found my ANGER!!!! and I ain't going NOWHERE! I'm not a quitter and I told him that. I plan on fighting for my right to the Medical Ins. which is way too important to me(as I'm sure you can all relate to) I want this to work, but if it doesn't, I'm a lot stronger than I was last week, thanks in part to all of you.

I will be at the convention as planned Dammit!!!!!... and I am hoping that the officers and Bod of OUCH will allow me a little more time of my 'leave of absence' to collect my thoughts and let this constant surge of adrenalin settle.

There is no need for anyone to reply to this, I just wanted to say thank you for the love you've shown me.

Linda, I was going to cry if you weren't going to the con, not because I'd have to pay the full amount for a room (which wouldn't have bothered me), but because I was really looking forward to being your roomate!!! I love you my big sister, and I just want you to be happy. That's all. Now I am SOOOOO relieved you posted cause I know you're alright. I WILL be expecting you to flush the toilet while I'm in the shower. ;) Also, you deserve better treatment than what you've been getting, so I am glad you found your anger to demand better.
