Title: 3 month dr report Post by Karla on Jun 7th, 2004, 9:17pm I saw my neuro and explained that I went off the duragesic patch to see what would happen. I explained that I had 6 weeks pain free followed by 2 weeks of ch but only had 9 ch. Only needed imitrix for 3. Followed by 4 weeks pain free. He was very excited to say the least. He said at a minimal I had turned eposodic but only having 9 ha hardly made up a cycle and that I may be into a permanent remission. We will have to keep an eye on it and just monitor the situation. Easy enough to do. Then I was informed that the ha clinic I have been going to and the neuro I have been seeing is closing their doors. The plans are to hire 2 new drs and move the clinic to the other side of town but I will have no neuro for a year at least. My primary care dr will have to take care of me in the meantime. No problem as long as I am not having problems. I have a good gp and I am sure he will take care of me if needed. |

Title: Re: 3 month dr report Post by miapet on Jun 7th, 2004, 9:53pm *YAY* *happy dance* I'm so glad you're doing so well!! on the doc note . . .ask your neuro (sign something) to send as complete a file/case-notes/history as he can to your regular doc . . .at least that way, your regular doc will have a type of road map, in the event you need him to do something for you . . just an idea? sheesh, why did i even suggest it? You aren't going to need it *g* *positive light and energy* miapet |
