Title: Linda Howell if you read this Post by ave on Jun 7th, 2004, 10:02am Small chance, but still - sue him! Get a lawyer. Getting married gives you rights. Lawyer may give you advances on his income etc.etc.etc. Anybody else - is anybody within reach starting up something to help Linda? I'm too far away, but anything I can do... Love you, Linda. Just blaming you for one thing - falling for somebody with SUCH a personality defect. |

Title: Re: Linda Howell if you read this Post by Rock_Lobster on Jun 7th, 2004, 10:17pm Heh heh heh... when I first read this, I thought 'You pathetic weed... sad suggestion', as I tend to hate involving lawyers in anything... but I must apologize... it is priceless. I read that he offered to 'help you move back to wherever'. When he does, as he gets ready to drive away, ask him 'Where the fuck are you going with my car, cockbite?'... while before you left town, your attorney already froze your freshly joint assets. Brilliant. |

Title: Re: Linda Howell if you read this Post by Gator on Jun 8th, 2004, 1:35am LOL Rock. I am usually opposed to alimony/payback/legal extortion/punishment for being dumb enough to marry someone, but in this case I'd say take him for all you can get. Sheesh. What an a$shole. |

Title: Re: Linda Howell if you read this Post by pubgirl on Jun 8th, 2004, 1:55am I agree, where a couple have tried to make it work in a reasonable fashion, lawyers just make it nasty, but he doesn't sound like he deserves reasonable treatment. Don't get mad Linda, get even! W |

Title: Re: Linda Howell if you read this Post by ave on Jun 8th, 2004, 4:52am Oh, I quite agree. Years ago I got un-married from a very decent guy, still one of my good friends, who ended up doing all the calculating and valueing etc. himself, 'cause the %$#@ lawyer was too busy doing something else. But there are times you just have to use the unlawfully engendered hemales or females. Still - anybody got any news onhow our girl is doing? |
