Get a lawyer.

Getting married gives you rights.
Lawyer may give you advances on his income etc.etc.etc.

Anybody else - is anybody within reach starting up something to help Linda?

Heh heh heh... when I first read this, I thought 'You pathetic weed... sad suggestion', as I tend to hate involving lawyers in anything... but I must apologize... it is priceless.

I read that he offered to 'help you move back to wherever'. When he does, as he gets ready to drive away, ask him 'Where the fuck are you going with my car, cockbite?'... while before you left town, your attorney already froze your freshly joint assets.

Brilliant.

LOL Rock. I am usually opposed to alimony/payback/legal extortion/punishment for being dumb enough to marry someone, but in this case I'd say take him for all you can get.

I agree, where a couple have tried to make it work in a reasonable fashion, lawyers just make it nasty, but he doesn't sound like he deserves reasonable treatment.

Oh, I quite agree. Years ago I got un-married from a very decent guy, still one of my good friends, who ended up doing all the calculating and valueing etc. himself, 'cause the %$#@ lawyer was too busy doing something else.

But there are times you just have to use the unlawfully engendered hemales or females.

Still - anybody got any news onhow our girl is doing?
