"Hey look! A quarter!" ;;D (Actually, I got hung up badly in the river and had to be winched out. How embarrassing...) LOL

It was a great ride, and I ended up winching a Toyota Land Cruiser out of the mud, bashing my rear bumper up pretty good, and snapping my CB antenna off on a low limb.  I also got hit in the left eye by a branch and got corneal abrasions, which screwed up my vision for the rest of the day, but by yesterday morning, I was just fine. All in all, it was a fantastic day of wheelin'.  :) 8)

And although I appreciate your offer of a hummer, I shall have to respectfully decline. ;;D

I have a neighbor who bought an H2. He's a braggart and an attention-sleeper, and I don't even particularly like him. Everytime he sees me washing my Jeep, he comes over and begins telling me how great his H2 is. The only time he's ever had it off road is when he backed over his wife's flowerbeds. I found some stickers on eBay that say, "H2 Recovery Team," and put them on my Jeep. He came over one day, hitching his jeans up, all set to deliver another one of his blowhard sermons about how great his H2 is, but when he saw the decals he stopped and yelled, "WTF is THAT???" I just smiled at him. He turned on his heel and stomped off. He hasn't been back. LOL ;;D

Thanks, Firebrix! Yes, the eye is 100% again.  All is well. :) (Although I was thinking, if I got a cluster headache that made my right eye all red, and my left eye was all red from being whipped with that stick, I'd look pretty damn evil! ;;D

I'd love to have an H1 if I lived in the desert again. The trails we run, I'm glad I've got a Jeep. There was a guy with us yesterday, in a seriously BUILT Suzuki Samurai, and I found myself envying his rig. Even smaller than a Jeep, shorter wheelbase, and very light and nimble on the rocks. Most Suzuki Samurais are silly, worthless little vehicles... Sort of like the Chihuahua of the automotive world, but yesterday, I gained a new respect for them.

Being compared to Doug Flutie? Wow... High praise indeed. He has a son who is autistic and has set up a foundation to help autistic children. In the pro-sports world, with all of the criminals and idiots, it's nice to see that there are some good guys left. :)

Cool pics, Jeep.  Looks like a hell of a lot of fun.  I agree with you about the H2.  It's too pretty to call a 4x4.  LOL  A lot of wanna be's driving them here in Oklahoma, too.  I drove the old style jeeps for a long time before the hummer came out.  I'd rather have a military spec'd hummer.  Although, neither would win a prize for comfort!

Thanks, Gator. An H1 would be the shiznit... Great rigs and probably pretty easy to turn into a rock crawler. The more I drive my Jeep, the more I like it. This is the only vehicle I've ever been able to say that about.  :) We had a terrific time.

Oh no Frank the girls wont leave you alone in Nashville.  Be careful though, if CLuster Chuck startes coming at you for a hug and grabs your butt, then you might be in trouble.  :o

Glad it was you and not me stuck ont he damn rocks, but damn the trees look beautiful.  God I hate the desert.  I need Forest and green.  :P

Glad the eye is better hun.  Would not be good for your non cluster eye to get poked out on a rocl crawl.

LOL, Tiannia. I like the forest and mountains, but there's something about the desert that gets into your blood. I miss it often... I grew up about 50 miles east of Bakersfield, in the high desert. In 20 minutes, I could be in Sequoia National Forest, and in 20 minutes, I could be out in the middle of sage brush and joshua trees. I miss it a lot...  :)

If anyone grabs my ass, it will be the most titillation I've had in months.  ;;D  :o  8) LOL
