Today has been one of those days..... I feel awful. Dizzy, clamy, sweating, have been running to the restroom (well walking cause I feel like I'm about to pass out) as nothing stays down today. I have heavy shadows hitting, praying that the beast does not attack at this point, I dont think I have the strength to fight him. Cant leave work as i have meetings in the am tomorrow, but not sure if I have a choice. Don't have a voice at all. Realy not sure what is wrong. Think I need to head up to the urgent care at lunch and see if they can help me. Hoping that at least admitting that I feel shitty might help. /shrug

Hope you went to the doc and they did something for you. Sounds like your body is saying "GO HOME, REST & HEAL!"

Sounds like a flu related bug.........seems alot of that crap has been goin around. I found out somethin interesting.......arthritis flareups can make you sick like that.....depending on how bad it is ect ect.......then after the flareup is the pain part ! Not to mention age related crisis crap. Learn sumthin new everyday Pam

I feel for you Tia. Going through the same thing myself. Had a nice mess to clean up last night, as I didn't quite make it to the restroom before tossing my cookies.

Better today. Must have looked terrible even the Beast stayed away.

I could not get rid of the shadows yesterday when I got home. They hit about a K5 while driving, so in hopes that it would help I used one of my precious NS and crashed. Shaun took care fo the kids. I slept for almost 11 hours and did not even get my normal wake up calls while the beast tried to rip my head open. But I feel 100x better.

Already told my hubby that this long weekend, is a time for us to all rest. I dont give a shit if the house is dirty the laundry needs folding or the grass needs mowing. We all need to get healthy and Fuck the rest of it. It will wait. hehe guess I have to put my foot down sometimes.

Thank you all, It helped to much to read this board before I fell asleep last night and feel the love and support. Anyone who says this board does not work miracles has no fucking clue what love and friendship really is.

RELAX!!!! Is the name of the game girl friend!! The laundry, grass, and everything will still be there! It never goes away kinda like taxes. LOL Enjoy your weekend off and glad to hear your feelin better hun. Sorry I missed this before. Ya know "Gray moments" LOL
