I heard tell, once, of a man that was mad at the IRS, and paid his taxes with pennies. It was refused, stating that pennies are NOT legal tender. Pennies are a "convenience" to shop owners, but NOT legal tender. I have never investigated to find out if this is true, but it sounds just dumb enough to be true!

But it would serve the idiots right! What a bunch of bull! Just one more example of what sort of idiots are in our government!

Damn FCC got such an erection over the Janet Jackson silliness that they feel they have to relieve themselves over everything. Like other Federal agencies now they are probably short on bucks but want to show they still have enough clout to be real pains in the ass and have no sense of humor.
