This book isn't on ebay, but it is called Migraines and Other Headaches and there is a chapter on Cluster Headaches in it. It is written for the every day reader, and it is also written by 2 docs at Jefferson. Dr. Young is my doc and Becky's and also Connie's (M8895).

I'm gonna buy it as soon as I get some money! hehe

I got a copy of this through Amazon.com, used, for $8/$9. When I bought mine two weeks ago there were still 3 or 4 copies left.
