Title: Uh Oh.... Post by Cerberus on Apr 18th, 2004, 8:03pm I been pretty much PF since late december 2003. I just had a half cup of very weak coffee about 20 minutes ago. As I sit here looking over the MB, I notice a rather familiar pain forming in my eye, nostril and rear portion of the skull... I have meds and this feeling is not unfamiliar. I guess what is odd is that ITS ON THE WRONG SIDE!!!!!!!!! I can't remember EVER having a migraine, but have had tension HAs before, but never unilaterally and never in the exact spots my CH has normally developed. What I'm about to say may seem rediculous but...I am not going to take anything for it, and so far it doesn't seem to be rapidly worstening like my CH usually does, but it is terribly disturbing, and it is certainly not going away either. Recently I had my teef yanked for a nice set of upper dentures I PRAY that this is some kind of phantom pain from this proceedure. but so far it is very much like weak shadow pains. More as it develops.....GEEZ I hope the beast isnt switching sides. Ramon |

It doesn't appear to be here today, at least not for the moment. I DO however feel wiped out, like my head was a train station with reasonable traffic. I think my BP spiked, but I have no equipment to know for sure, and I aint drivin' 10 mi to find a BP cuff to use, let alone pay a 10$ deductable to get it checked...so I'm callin' the neuro, and I'm telling her that the Provigil ain't behavin' (I realized that I just started tapering up on that again for the first time since my oral surgery yesterday). Geez y'all, I slep like crap and now I feel like I been run over by a tractor repeatedly. Here's to takin it easy for a couple of days. Hope the rest of ya are ok. Ramon |
