Carl, i've been puttin a few holes in the walls myself lately, but i try my best to think of positive things, and damnit sometimes it just don't work does it?

I've been through some of the biofeed back classes, that's a laugh as far as i'm concerned, and yoga too.

I find the best thing that helps me, is doing a little martial arts, and finding something to punish really bad!!

Get that anger out Carl, it's just not good for ya!!

I've been having a rough time the last couple of weeks as well Carl. I'm with Sean on this one. Maybe your peaking and it will start to calm down soon. Aint spring time wunnerful ::)

Thanks for the encouraging words guys - it means more than you know. I haven't been getting any sleep, and having natural hallucinations as a result.
Thanks to a friend, I have some Imitrex, so I am ready for the beast to rear it's ugly fucking head again.
