Well, I canned my neurologist, (because he was an ignorant jackass), and my general practitioner gave me a script for injectable Imitrex, Verapamil, and Prednisone. I was (and still am) reluctant to take the Prednisone, so I decided to see if Verapamil alone would do the trick. So far, it has! I had two clusters on Friday that were bearable, but other than that, I have been pain-free since last Thursday! HOORAY!!! :)
