Was searching Google for (celebrities OR celebrity) AND "cluster headache" and came across this:

Has absolutely nothing to do with clusters; they are just using the term 'cluster headache' to snag eyeballs. Not that anyone is going to sign up for their crappy service because they lie about catering to cluster headaches. Strange times.

What they do is have scripts that create those kinds of web sites for all types of cliches using one template. Then the search engines pick it up.
