Welders O2. for aborting - Tkae a look to the side or find a thread a couple of pages back called C*I*L*L* my doctor, there is a whole breakdown on the hows.

Verapamil and Lithium are what everyone recomends as a combo CH coctail that helps the most and is fairly cheap. You still have to go to the doc to get the scripts, but it is better then nothing.

Sorry to learn this. Tell a doctor or two that you don't have insurance. If he understands CH, he may help you with some freebies. You have nothing to lose.

Hot steamy showers at night and melatonin before bed? And maybe a magnesium supplement as well. It is OTC. Hang in there man. ;;D
