Title: mel's musings Post by Melissa on Mar 23rd, 2004, 3:48pm As I was fixin up my hair today, I began thinking about past conventions I attended, and how even though I was out of cycle, I would get shadows here and there. I hung around a couple of chronics and others that were in cycle, and I noticed this would happen while I was spending time with them. I think this is a weird phenomona (sp?) and it deserves a name. Preferably named after me. ;;D Anyhow, has this happened to anyone else while they've spent time around someone getting hit? :)mel P.S. Oh, and I also remember reading about the NY con. and the "sympathy" HA's. I assume this is the same thing? |

This was exactly what made me think of the subject. I had just gotten done reading an article that included a bunch of women who had to live together for 7 weeks, and they all got PMS at the same time. I just about freaked out when I went to the Vancouver convention because I thought for sure I was going to go into cycle with all the shadows I was having. :-/ Quote:
Cathi, before I think about this, I gotta look the damn word up in my dictionary for the exact definition. DON'T LAUGH! LOL Ugh, my brain is workin overtime today... ::) 8) |
