Didn't find a registration cut off date or any information as to this $25 deal.

You have to be registered one month before the convention or the fee goes up $25. You see if you register at the last minute it makes it very difficult for all involved regarding ordering and planning. This has always been the case for Convention.
So let yer fingers do the walking and git registered.
