Hi y'all :)

Right now, my choir is on tour, and last night we performed at a church that is about 15-20 minutes from my house. This morning we participated in services there.

Before the services, we were waiting to warm up, and the beast came to visit. At that kind of time, there's nothing I can really do except wait it out. My 2 friends, Dan and Brandon, saw it happen, and sometimes I think they really don't know what to do or say, but they are still kind.

Then during church, the pastor asked the congregation if they had anyone they wanted special prayers for...then he asked our choir. A bunch of people had various things to say, but Brandon said to pray for me because of my headaches. Then my friend Chris sitting right next to me grabbed my hand. It all brought tears to my eyes!!

They really can't understand the pain, but they do what they can...and what they did for me this morning was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me! I love my friends!!

Tonight we're singing in Mechanicsville, PA...and I will
*hopefully* get to meet Nancy (OneEyeBlind)!! I'm very excited about this!! My first time meeting someone from our cluster family! I'll have to report back later with details...

It is good to hear that you are able to get the few days in you have planned. Also that you have some support with you. I hope your visit with Nancy is great. I will try to catch you tonight.

Hi Lizzie,

That is sweet. Isn't it nice knowing that even though people couldn't understand what it's like to have a CH, that they still support you in every way that they can?
Much like myself, because my husband suffers, I'm just here for support. :)

Hi Lizzie, that really is sweet! Sorry it happened but at least you had the love and support of your friends ;;D

Lizzie, your friends sound like they're one in a million! Tell them I say "thank you" for treating a clusterhead with empathy and care instead of non-chalant disdain. Thank GOD there are still people like this out there!!! ;;D

Nancy has the flu, so I didn't get to meet her afterall!!...some other time for sure. :)

We definately still rocked the church though! Now I'm officially home for spring break...woohoo!!

That is great. Tell them that they are wonderful People. It takes a true giving soul to open up and give support when that is all they can truely do. Your friends are deffinatly keepers.

Nice Liz, very nice. Too bad you couldn't get together with Nancy. Something special happens when two clusterheads meet, especially the first time.
