I took the advice of Jonny and other members of this board and started takeing lithium with my verapamil on Friday.WOW I Mean FUCKING WOW [smiley=laugh.gif]
It is still takeing time but I was able to get 4 Hours of uninterrupted SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I have not had more than 1 hour of continuos slepp in over 5 weeks when the cycle started.This means so much to me and im no longer the major bascket case to my wife and children.

I tried the Lithium and it made my skin on my skull twitch and it made me nasty.................no luck here guys.

It all depends on the combination of mg's

I say it worked fairly well for me, but I still had the occasional breakthrough headache. Since the, er, alternative treatment, I've not had a single HA. The best part (besides the obvious) is that I'm not putting poisen in to my body each day, or messing with my blood pressure. I was very willing to do so when it was the only answer, but being free from the shackles of daily meds... priceless.
