I read this guy in my local paper all the time. This is pretty standard stuff but he at least responds and seems to know what clusters are. He brings it up about once a month. Sometimes his whole column is dedicated to this horror. I don't care much for this column's title:

I loved this one
DEAR DR. DONOHUE: I have tendinitis in both elbows. I got it from doing lawn work. I am an avid golfer, and I played as many as five days a week. I cut down the number of times I played, but I still had pain. I then had cortisone shots. The pain and stiffness remain in spite of ice therapy, massage and ibuprofen. I gave up golf entirely, and now I have just a little pain every now and then. My husband thinks I can pick up a golf club and begin to play. I tell him that the problem is still there. How will I know when I can play again? Is surgery an option if the pain returns? -- Yeah, your tendinitis came from lawn work my ass....... this gal probably worked in the yard twice a month....... come on golf 5 times a week...... that's a lot harder than friggin lawn work... jeeezzzz...... some people.

Ah the good Dr. Donahae, so many times over-simplifing the prob. But wtf, I syill read his column and have been tempted to write. But I sure don't remember all that much regarding ch.
