:'( I started getting hit last night. O2 not helping. I have beenhit about 5x from 9 last night on...
I don't get hit in the winter....
What the hell is going on... I am staying at about kip 4 or 5 drive to work was hard...

what the hell I thought winter was safe....

Sorry to hear it, girl. But, I have had cycles that come "out of turn"...... hope it leaves you alone soon..... :( Did you try melatonin before bed, yet?

This happened to me this past year...I was always got my cycle in the summers, then all of the sudden I skipped summer and started getting hit in the winters, then last year, I had my usual winter cycle and got hit again this past fall... I was freaking out too, its tough enough to make it through one cycle, but two a year (I can't even imagine what it feels like for the chronics)

Seems the beast doesn't give a damn about your schedule. I'm an any time of the year cluster head but fortunately, this cycle, O2 has chased it back into its cave so far. I've been pf for the last 2 days so maybe this is gonna be a short cycle.

I had bought some melatonin last month I bought 3mg it said to only take one in a 24 hours. I took two I got some sleep...
but th O2 not working is what is killing me...
My doc won't give me any thing else...

Is there a reason - like a heart condition or something - that your doc wont give you something else?? Or is he just an a ss ho l e? If there's no medical reason - then get another doctor pronto!

Sorry to hear your getting hit too, Gena. Back in January (after Iowa) I decided to try tapering back on my verapamil ... all was well during my taper until 3 days after I took my last pill. Wham! back into a "nice" cycle of 3-5 hits a day. Started back on verap last week, but no improvement yet. At least O₂ works great for me.

Here's hopin' you get some relief.

I'm am an any time of the year sufferer too. Sucks when you never know when it will start. I used to always get hit when it was hot. Spring and/or Summer. Then 5 years with nothing. That was wonderful. Then last September, from outa no where WHAM. Lasted till December, now I don't know when I'll be hit again. Hopefully not for another 5 years. Anyway, sending VIBES. Hope you find relief soon.

I do very much understand what you are going through. :-/

I’m so very sorry that you have to deal with this fucking headaches they can be very debilitating :-X...

Rats Gena. This horror is bad enough. No fair sneaking in an extra bout. >:(

I have no idea why but I'd sometimes get hit in late July and August. These didn't last more than a week or so. I hope yours follows a similar pattern.

WOW! Gena I'm soooo sorry your getting hit, alls I can say is......... I always cycle in the fall and one time (ONE TIME ONLY) I got hit in January but they only lasted two weeks I hope this is short for you.

Damn, I feel so bad for you, I feel like I know you personally OH WAIT I do, take care hun and say hey to hubby for me.

;;D First I would like to thank every one for giving a Sh*t.

Second, We (my doc & Me) are not sure it was a cluster. I was using a mike of herbable medications to stop smoking and diet pills. I ended up in the hospital with heart palps. dizzyness, shortness of breath.....ect.

They gave me some meds to counter react the pills and today I feel like I have a very bad hang over.

I do still have a headache we are waiting to see if it is just a side affect or if doing what I did set of a cluster?

Man them diet pills like Xenadrine (even the new ephedrine free) is scary shit with the heart palps and dizzyness and all that jazz. I've heard people mention after surgery or medical procedures it brought em back in cycle or at least for a short while so who knows ! We got lucky and found a internalist doc in town that has sum ch understanding and knowledge so we don't have to play tje waiting game....was lucky findin him cuz he is one cool doc ! Hope things have settled down for ya by now and NO MORE HEAD PAIN !!! Pam that was obviously 'yelling'
